About Navica Supports

Navica Supports was created to offer a more consistent and transparent Support Coordination experience, one where participants and families feel heard, not rushed through a system.

Led by a qualified Social Worker, our approach focuses on understanding the whole person, not just the plan. We take the time to learn what matters to you, how you prefer supports to work in your life, and what challenges you may have faced previously within the NDIS.

Rather than a transactional service, we provide steady, ongoing guidance. We communicate clearly, follow through on what we say, and remain accessible when circumstances change, because support should feel reliable.

Our role is to simplify the process, reduce stress, and help you feel confident in decisions about your supports, both now and as your needs evolve.
